Get to know Ambassador Cadence Magnuson

Hi my name is Cadence Magnuson, I am currently a senior in high school and plan to attend Fort Hays State University once I graduate to become a radiologic technologist. I compete in amateur rodeos in barrel racing throughout my summers. I look forward to representing the EMDukat Photography ambassador team this year!

How you would you describe your personality? I would describe myself as a humble person, I like to see others do well in competition. I am easy to get along with and am always willing to help others.

What are three words someone else would use to describe you?

Determined, hardworking, faithful.

Are you a member of any clubs, groups, or associations?

I am a member of the McCook FFA chapter, NSRA, and MSRA.

What sports or activities you participate in? At what level?

I participate in amateur rodeos.

What are your favorite activities to do outside of the arena or work?

I like to read books, listen to music, draw, and hang out with family and friends.

What is something you are proud of yourself for?

Dealing with the ups and downs of competitions/rodeos and being able to stay humble.

What are three things you cannot live without? Why?

My loved ones, they are my biggest support system and my biggest cheerleaders.
My horses, they have brought me many memories I will cherish forever and the best companions I could ever ask for.
Music, it fits any mood I am in, and helps especially when I’m getting ready to compete.
